This Privacy Policy explains how Murder of Crowz LLC ("Murder of Crowz," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Esthi mobile application and related services.
Esthi is a study application designed to help users prepare for esthetics licensing exams. Esthi is currently designed as a local-first app. We do not require users to create an account, and we do not operate a backend server that stores your study progress.
Information We Collect or Process
Study Progress and App Settings
Esthi may store study progress, quiz results, exam history, language preference, reminder settings, and other app preferences locally on your device. This information is used to provide study features and personalize your app experience.
We do not currently transmit this study progress to our own servers, and we do not currently store this study progress outside your device.
Purchases and Subscription Status
Esthi uses RevenueCat to help manage in-app purchases, premium access, entitlements, and purchase restoration. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
RevenueCat may process purchase-related information, such as anonymous app user identifiers, product identifiers, transaction or receipt information, entitlement status, and related technical information needed to validate purchases and restore access. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Esthi currently offers purchase options including 30-day access, 90-day access, and lifetime access. Availability, pricing, and final purchase terms may be shown in the app store purchase screen before you complete a purchase.
Support Communications
If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message contents, screenshots, purchase issue details, device information, app version, or other details needed to respond to your request.
Notifications
If you enable study reminders, Esthi may schedule local notifications on your device. These reminders are handled locally on your device and are not sent from our servers. You can disable notifications in the app settings or through your device settings.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
We do not currently use third-party analytics services. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when those services are enabled.

How We Use Information
We use information only as needed to operate and improve Esthi, including:
- To provide study features, quiz functionality, progress tracking, and app preferences.

- To maintain app reliability, security, and performance.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show ads in Esthi, and we do not track users across other apps or websites for advertising.
We may share or process limited information with service providers only as needed to operate the app. For example, RevenueCat helps us manage purchases and premium entitlements. Apple and Google process app store purchases according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Esthi may rely on the following third-party services:

Local Storage and Data Deletion
Esthi stores study progress and app settings locally on your device. You can delete locally stored study data by deleting the app or clearing the app data through your device settings. If you delete the app, locally stored study progress and settings may be permanently deleted.

Restore Purchases
Esthi includes a restore purchases feature so users can attempt to restore eligible purchases through the app store and RevenueCat. Purchase restoration may require an internet connection.
Internet Connection
Esthi's study content is bundled with or stored locally in the app. An internet connection is not required for ordinary study use after the app is installed, but an internet connection may be required for purchases, premium access validation, and purchase restoration.
Children's Privacy
Esthi is intended for users studying for esthetics licensing exams and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the request.
United States Availability
Esthi is currently intended for users in the United States. If we make Esthi available in additional countries or regions in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy to reflect additional privacy requirements.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
