Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Esthi mobile application and related services. Esthi is owned and operated by Murder of Crowz LLC ("Murder of Crowz," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Esthi, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Esthi.

Use of Esthi

Esthi provides study tools, practice questions, flashcards, quizzes, and mock exam features to help users prepare for esthetics licensing exams. You agree to use Esthi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Esthi is intended for personal, non-commercial study use. You may not copy, distribute, sell, resell, scrape, reproduce, publish, or create competing materials from Esthi content without our written permission.

Educational Disclaimer

Esthi is an educational study aid. Esthi does not guarantee that using the app will result in passing any exam, certification, license, state board requirement, or other professional requirement.

Exam requirements, laws, regulations, procedures, and testing standards may vary by state, jurisdiction, school, board, or testing provider. You are responsible for confirming current requirements with the appropriate licensing board, school, testing provider, or official source.

We work to keep study content useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

No Affiliation With Licensing Boards

Esthi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or sponsored by any state board, licensing agency, testing provider, school, government agency, or exam administrator.

Free and Paid Features

Esthi may offer some free questions, study tools, or features. Certain content or features may require a paid purchase, subscription, or premium access.

Premium access currently includes access to all questions and the mock exam feature. We may update, modify, add, or remove app features over time.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Esthi may offer auto-renewing subscription options, including 30-day access and 90-day access. Subscription availability, pricing, duration, renewal terms, and billing details are shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase screen before you complete a purchase.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless the app store terms provide otherwise.

Lifetime Purchase

Esthi may offer a one-time lifetime purchase. Lifetime access means access to eligible premium features for as long as Esthi is available and supported.

Lifetime access does not mean that Esthi will be available forever, that every future feature or product will be included, or that the app will support every device, operating system, or platform indefinitely.

Purchases, Platform Limits, and Restore Purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Esthi uses RevenueCat to help manage purchases, entitlements, and purchase restoration.

Because Esthi does not currently require user accounts, purchases are tied to the app store account and platform used to make the purchase. Purchases made through Apple may not transfer to Android devices, and purchases made through Google Play may not transfer to Apple devices.

Esthi includes a restore purchases feature so you can attempt to restore eligible purchases linked to your app store account. Purchase validation and restoration may require an internet connection.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective app store policies. We do not directly process Apple App Store or Google Play refunds.

If you have a purchase issue, you may contact us at support@esthiapp.com, but refund approval and payment processing are generally controlled by the app store where the purchase was made.

Local Data

Esthi stores study progress, quiz results, exam history, settings, and app preferences locally on your device. If you delete the app or clear app data through your device settings, locally stored study data may be deleted and may not be recoverable.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use Esthi for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish Esthi content without permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, exploit, or tamper with the app.
• Attempt to bypass payment, entitlement, access, or security controls.
• Use Esthi in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app or related services.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, or app store rule.

Intellectual Property

Esthi, including its questions, study content, mock exams, explanations, graphics, design, software, branding, and other materials, is owned by Murder of Crowz LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Esthi for personal study purposes.

Changes to Esthi

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Esthi at any time. We may also update features, content, pricing, purchase options, or availability. Where required, changes to paid subscriptions will be handled through the applicable app store process.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Esthi after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how Esthi handles information.

Apple App Store Terms

If you download Esthi from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply unless we provide a separate custom license agreement through Apple.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esthi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that Esthi will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murder of Crowz LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of Esthi.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Murder of Crowz LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of Esthi, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.
