Common Questions

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Esthi, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are using the same Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Open your device's subscription settings and cancel Esthi Pro from there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I turn off reminders?

Open Esthi Settings and turn off Daily Reminder. You can also disable notifications in your device settings.

Can I request data deletion?

Contact support@esthiapp.com with your request. Locally stored study progress can also be removed by deleting the app from your device.
